Our class are all about the pairing of breath and movement, whether the practice is strong or gentle, restorative or vinyasa flow. Each person is guided to work within their range of motion and body’s abilities.

Gentle Morning Wake-up, Tuesday 8:30 – 9:30 am, Gaea
Increase awareness of breath and body connection with this gentle morning practice.
Morning Yoga Practice, Tuesday 10:00 – 11:00 am, Gaea
Explore foundational poses, facilitate greater mobility and gently build strength and stamina.
Gentle Evening Yoga, Wednesday 5:30 – 7:00 pm, Lou
A graceful and grounding practice for building bone strength and brain function; turn inward with breath awareness and meditation. Class ends with Yoga Nidra meditation.
Gentle Basic Yoga, Thursday 10:00 – 11:30 am, Willow
Built for those beginning their practice, coming back after a break, or caring for limited mobility. We use props and take our time. All the benefits, gentle pace.
Flow & Deep Stretch, Thursday Evening 5:30 – 7:00 pm, Gaea
Invigorating flow for all ages, bodies and abilities. Develop the power to connect to your body and create space. First half of practice builds heat then ends with restorative poses.

Community yoga classes are free and open to all. These are once a month and usually on the full moon. Any donations made at these classes go to purchase yoga equipment or support Sala Reach, our nonprofit program. You may donate anytime to Sala Reach and your donations are tax exempt.
